• Roasted Fruit & Veggies with Stone Ground Mustard, Maple & Balsamic Dressing

    MMB Dressing: 
    3 TBSP Stone Ground Mustard
    2 TBSP Maple Syrup
    2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 TBSP Rosemary
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    Cracked Black Pepper Corns to taste
    Fruits & Veggies:
    You can pretty much throw this sauce on any root veggie and any type of apple or pear and it will taste amazing!
    What I used:
    2 Bartlett Pears
    4 Big Carrots
    3 Beets
    1 1/2 Red Onions
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees f.
    Chop all yo fruits & veggies, coat in dressing and stick in the oven in an oven-safe dish for 1 hour. 
    Remove from oven.
    Serve warm on a bed of Arugula and top with chopped walnuts & squeezed lemon!
    … or just eat them scorching hot straight out the oven like I did :D
